Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, no set schedules

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac rhythms remotely for up to 60 patients using advanced technology
Recognize and report dangerous arrhythmias following established protocols
Collaborate with RN staff to ensure timely responses to rhythm changes
Accurately document and communicate patient status to improve outcomes
Follow strict communication channels during routine and emergency situations

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent related work experience in cardiac monitoring
Graduation from an accredited program including EKG Interpretation
Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam (lethal rhythms pass/fail, one attempt only)
Strong candidates may have 3 months of education waived
Must be available for 2-3 days of day shift orientation for night positions
