Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day in a busy yet supportive clinic setting
Apply your outpatient expertise while gaining exposure to a variety of orthopedic and general cases
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide flexible coverage in acute inpatient settings when needed to support the broader rehab department

Qualifications

Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide range of diagnoses in a small-town setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a full caseload of 12 patients daily
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient therapy when needed
Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
Team-oriented mindset in a multidisciplinary rehab environment
