Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Start Date: 05-30-2026

End Date: 08-29-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM with on-call coverage 4:00 PM - 7:00 AM weekdays, weekends, and holidays; minimum 10 weeknight call shifts, 2 weekend call shifts (1 IR and 1 Cardiac)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform intra-procedural circulating duties to ensure smooth case flow
Administer supplies and medications safely during procedures
Monitor and manage patient sedation throughout interventions
Float between three campuses to support emergent cases and maintain coverage
Respond to on-call emergencies within 30 minutes to deliver life-saving care
Collaborate with cardiologists and the care team to treat a wide range of cardiac and IR patients

Qualifications

RCIS certification required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum three years of hospital-based Cardiac Cath or IR experience
Valid driver's license for radius verification
Willingness to comply with facility fingernail policy

Knowledge & Skills

Experience with Siemens equipment
Proficiency in EPIC and Apollo cardiac charting
Strong understanding of compression fractures, venous access, chest pain, PE, DVT, and related conditions
Ability to support STEMI cases and IABP stabilization
Comfortable working in a versatile lab with both IR and cardiac inpatient add-ons
