Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate complex cardiovascular cases including CABGs, TCARS, and Carotids
Support neurosurgical procedures such as Craniotomies, TLIFs, and Laminectomies
Assist with orthopedic surgeries including Total Joints, Trauma, and ORIFs using Mako robotics
Handle general surgery cases with DaVinci robotics for Lap Choles, Colectomies, and Hernias
Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support team needs
Precept new staff and contribute to a collaborative OR environment

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas
Minimum 4-5 years of hospital OR experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to circulate in multiple specialties including CV, Neuro, Ortho, and General
Robotics experience with both Mako and DaVinci systems required
Strong references and reliability are essential

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise circulating CABGs and other cardiovascular procedures
Comfort with DaVinci and Mako robotic systems
Experience with craniotomies and complex neuro cases
Ability to handle ortho trauma and total joint replacements
Proficiency across eyes, endo, and cysto procedures
Willingness to float between nearby campuses
