Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour AM/PM shifts with every other weekend requirement and 2 twelve-hour call shifts every 4 weeks

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a supportive LDRP environment
Circulate and scrub for cesarean sections in the OR to ensure safe deliveries
Monitor and titrate critical drips including Pitocin, Fentanyl, and Labetalol
Interpret fetal monitoring strips and respond promptly to obstetrical emergencies
Collaborate with OB techs and the care team to support 850-900 births annually

Qualifications

Active RN license (Oregon license not required at submission - 90-day emergency license available)
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Experience circulating and/or scrubbing in the OR for cesarean sections
Comfortable titrating drips and reading EFM strips

Knowledge & Skills

L&D, Postpartum, and Mother Baby expertise
Cesarean section circulating and scrubbing skills
Telemetry monitoring and fetal strip interpretation
GE Centricity EFM system experience
Titration of Pitocin, Fentanyl, and Labetalol drips
