Location: Elkins, West Virginia

Start Date: 07-20-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Two-week rotating schedule: 2 days one week, 4 days the next, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 24

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Document care provided accurately in electronic health records

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in West Virginia
Experience with Point-Click-Care electronic health record system required
Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedules
Current CPR certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in nursing assistant procedures and patient care
Skilled in Point-Click-Care software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
