Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Various shifts available, including overnight 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility
Keep accurate records of vital signs and patient observations
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for every resident
Work closely with RNs and LPNs to deliver top-notch care
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus
Empathy and a genuine desire to help others
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
Skills in using patient lift equipment
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs
