Dialysis Technician - Chronic In-Center

Location: Oak Harbor, Washington

Start Date: 07-27-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Saturday, 10-13 hour shifts, AM/PM starting as early as 6:00 AM to as late as 11:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to renal dialysis patients, following established protocols
Monitor patients during dialysis treatments and ensure their comfort and safety
Operate dialysis equipment and maintain a clean, safe environment
Educate patients on home dialysis options and self-care
Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team to deliver top-notch care

Qualifications

Current CHT or CCHT certification required
Current Washington State MA-HT certification (or ability to obtain)
Current CPR with BLS certification from American Heart Association
Previous dialysis experience required (minimum 1 year)
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in dialysis procedures and protocols
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with dialysis equipment and safety standards
Adaptability to cover multiple clinic locations
