Location: Elkins, West Virginia

Start Date: 07-20-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating schedule: 2 days one week, 4 days the next, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours per Week: 24

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers to maintain independence
Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting changes to nursing staff
Document patient information accurately using Point-Click-Care
Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control protocols
Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in West Virginia
Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience
BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Proficiency in Point-Click-Care required
Must live more than 100 miles from the facility

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to document accurately and efficiently
Team collaboration and adaptability
Knowledge of elder care and safety practices
