Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Variable shifts, self-scheduling, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with call requirements one weekday and one weekend per month

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in open heart, endovascular, and vascular surgeries
Prepare and maintain sterile field for complex procedures
Collaborate with surgical team to ensure safe and efficient operations
Perform surgical counts and handle instruments and supplies
Float to general OR as needed to support department

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
BLS certification required
Colorado DORA certification required
At least 1 year of experience in open heart and endovascular surgery preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in CVOR surgical technology
Proficiency in robotics, ortho, neuro, spine, thoracic, and general surgery
Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
