Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons during procedures to ensure smooth operations
Prepare operating rooms with precision and care
Maintain sterile environments for patient safety
Support the team in delivering exceptional surgical outcomes
Handle instruments and supplies with expertise

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
Experience in surgical settings a plus
Current BLS certification
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced OR environment

Education

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Sterile technique and OR protocols
Familiarity with surgical instruments and equipment
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Quick thinking under pressure
