Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with on call average 4-5 days per month and 1 weekend per month

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in life-saving open heart surgeries like CABG and valve replacements
Support vascular procedures including carotid endarterectomies and lower extremity bypasses
Collaborate with a skilled team in a fast-paced CVOR environment
Maintain 1:1 patient ratios for focused, high-quality care
Utilize Meditech EMR to document critical procedures accurately

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
At least 1 year of experience
Open heart and vascular surgery experience required
Operating room experience essential

Education

RN licensure from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in CVOR procedures like ECMO, angiograms and fistula creations
Strong surgical team collaboration skills
Comfort in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
Proficiency with Meditech EMR system
