Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM day shift with on-call nights (3:30 PM - 7:00 AM M-F), every 5-6 weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons as first assist in cutting-edge robotic and orthopedic procedures
Perform scrub duties with precision across GYN, ENT, bariatric, and general surgeries
Support seamless OR operations in a 4-room unit handling diverse cases from hips to spines
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of RNs and STs to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Adapt to endoscopy floating needs while maintaining top-tier sterile technique

Qualifications

2+ years of recent OR experience
Current BLS certification
CST/ORT credentials shining bright
Flexible attitude and positive team spirit

Expertise in robotic procedures like prostate and hysterectomies
Mastery of orthopedic surgeries including shoulders, knees, hips, and trauma
Proficient scrub procedures and sterile field maintenance
Comfortable with Meditech EMR system
