Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform detailed anatomical surveys and fetal echocardiograms
- Conduct biophysical profiles, fetal growth assessments, and umbilical artery dopplers
- Assist with transvaginal and first trimester ultrasounds
- Provide ultrasound guidance for amniocentesis procedures
- Deliver high-quality imaging while maintaining patient comfort and safety
- Collaborate with MFM providers to support comprehensive prenatal care
Qualifications
- Current ARDMS certification with RDMS credential in OB/GYN
- Fetal echo experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong background in OB/GYN sonography accepted
- MFM experience highly valued but not mandatory for exceptional candidates
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with GE E10 and Expert 22 ultrasound systems
- Experience with Viewpoint and Epic documentation systems
- Knowledge of detailed anatomical surveys and fetal echocardiograms
- Understanding of biophysical profiles and umbilical artery dopplers
- Ability to perform transvaginal and first trimester ultrasounds
- Comfort with amniocentesis ultrasound guidance
