Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on orthopedic therapy for upper extremity conditions
- Help patients recover from shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
- Provide compassionate care across outpatient ortho, acute inpatient, and rehab settings
- Collaborate with rehab aides and the care team to support patient progress
- Document patient care using ReDoc and Meditech systems
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
- BLS certification required
- Outpatient orthopedic experience with focus on upper extremity therapy
- Hands-on experience with shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis or fractures
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong orthopedic and hands therapy background
- Experience treating upper extremity conditions
- Familiarity with lymphedema training is a plus
- Comfortable working across acute, rehab, and outpatient settings
