Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, no set schedules

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac rhythms remotely for up to 60 patients using advanced technology
Recognize and report dangerous rhythm changes and arrhythmias promptly
Follow established protocols to notify local RN staff of cardiac changes
Accurately document rhythm interpretations and maintain patient safety standards
Collaborate with the care team to improve patient outcomes and department metrics

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent related work experience in cardiac monitoring
Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam with lethal rhythms (one chance only)
Graduation from an accredited program including EKG Interpretation
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a virtual setting
