Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
- Treat approximately 12 patients per day with a focus on orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide coverage in acute inpatient settings when needed to support the broader rehab department
- Build meaningful connections with patients in a welcoming athletic-club environment
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submission)
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- BLS certification
- Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a small-town setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload of 12 patients per 10-hour day
- Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed
- Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
- Team-oriented mindset in a multidisciplinary rehab setting
