Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the nursing team to deliver exceptional resident care
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure top-quality standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
- Mentor staff and foster a positive, supportive work environment
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in West Virginia or compact state
- Previous leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven leadership in nursing management
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance
- Ability to build strong relationships with residents and families
- Skilled in staff development and performance improvement
