Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Treat a diverse caseload including general, wound care, orthopedic, and neurological patients
- Collaborate with nursing staff and therapy team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Precept students or new team members as needed to support department growth
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize recovery
Qualifications
- Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
- BLS certification required
- IP/OP experience preferred
- Wound care experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in treating fractures, ortho injuries, sports injuries, and general debility
- Comfortable managing wound care cases and using Vacs when needed
- Able to work independently while knowing when to seek support
- Familiar with critical access hospital workflows and mixed IP/OP settings
