Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM with 30 min unpaid lunch, self-scheduling with manager balancing, 2 weekends per 4-week schedule
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population including COVID, respiratory, GI, diabetic, and post-surgical patients
- Interpret telemetry strips and document findings each shift to ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with remote monitor techs and the interdisciplinary team for seamless care delivery
- Manage patients requiring BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow oxygen therapy
- Float to East Campus or PCU when needed, expanding your clinical versatility
- Deliver excellent nursing care while maintaining a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience reading basic telemetry strips
- Background with general, orthopedic, and spinal surgical patients preferred
- Familiarity with CVA and TIA patient care
- Cerner experience recommended
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry strip interpretation and documentation
- MedSurg and Telemetry nursing fundamentals
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Collaboration with remote monitoring teams
- Equipment management including BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow systems
