Location: Chandler, Arizona

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to neuro and telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret EKGs with confidence
- Collaborate with hospitalists and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and recovery plans
- Respond quickly to changes in patient status and coordinate timely interventions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry or neuro experience within the last 6 months
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong EKG interpretation skills
- Ability to pass Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam (2 attempts maximum)
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with centralized telemetry monitoring and EKG interpretation
- Comfortable managing patients on Airvo/High Flow oxygen
- Skilled in caring for stroke, CVA, and pulmonary patients
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
