Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to oncology and trauma PCU patients
Monitor and titrate drips including insulin and cardizem
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and comfort
Perform hourly rounding to enhance patient experience
Float to same-level-of-care units as needed to support the broader team
Administer chemotherapy and manage complex medications safely

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
ONS/ONCC certification preferred
Minimum 1 year of PCU or oncology experience
First-time travelers welcome
Valid driver's license required at submission

Knowledge & Skills

Experience with ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring (CVP, A-line, Swan-Ganz, EV-1000, ICP)
Familiarity with EPIC EMR within the last 6 months preferred
Comfort working with Alaris IV pumps and specialty lift equipment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to care for culturally diverse patient populations
