Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized 45-minute one-on-one physical therapy treatments that make a real difference in patients' lives
Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes
Manage a diverse caseload of mostly orthopedic patients while building meaningful therapeutic relationships
Collaborate with rehab aides and the care team to ensure seamless patient experiences
Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care to support each patient's rehabilitation journey

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT License or Compact License required
Current BLS AHA certification
Strong clinical skills in outpatient physical therapy with a passion for patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively in a small community outpatient rehabilitation setting

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient rehabilitation and orthopedic conditions
Ability to manage both evaluations and recurring patient schedules efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building patient trust
Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team
Business casual professional presentation
