Shift Type: Day/Night rotating shifts, 32 hours per week

Hours per Week: 32

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct personal care services to clients following individualized care plans
Assist clients with daily living activities to promote comfort and dignity
Monitor and report changes in client condition to nursing staff
Maintain accurate records of care provided and tasks performed
Create a warm, supportive environment for clients and their families

Qualifications

Active Alaska Certified Nurses Assistant License required
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work effectively in one-on-one and small group settings

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and keep basic records
Basic math skills for measuring and recording vital signs
Problem-solving abilities for handling everyday care situations
Comfort working with medical equipment and personal protective equipment
