Location: Garrison, North Dakota

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and every other major holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse and lead the care team with confidence
Administer medications accurately and compassionately
Provide skilled wound care that promotes healing and comfort
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Collaborate with PT and social work to support holistic well-being

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification required
Prior long-term care experience preferred
Strong assessment and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable working independently as charge nurse
Skilled in medication administration and basic wound care
Familiar with Matrix EMR documentation
Able to provide person-centered care for residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
