Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, family-centered nursing care to mothers and babies during antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods
- Assist physicians and midwives during examinations and procedures
- Support individuals of all ages and their families with compassionate nursing care
- Apply professional knowledge to deliver specialized care based on specific patient conditions and treatments
- Work independently while completing assignments and following physician orders, standards of care, and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License in any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory
- Minimum 2 years of OB nursing experience in antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, nursery, and Labor and Delivery
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association
- AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced EFM certifications required within six months of hire
- NIHSS, STABLE, and ALSO certifications required within specified timeframes

- Antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care
- Nursery and Labor and Delivery experience
