Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to ICU patients with complex conditions
- Monitor and titrate cardiac drips, insulin, and sedation medications
- Manage ventilators and respiratory support from nasal cannula to full ventilation
- Interpret and document telemetry strips while collaborating with tele tech oversight
- Float to PCU or MedSurg units when needed, maintaining excellent patient ratios
- Respond to on-call situations within 30 minutes when required
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum one year of recent ICU experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for radius verification at submission
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and strip interpretation
- Drip titration for cardiac, insulin, and sedation medications
- Ventilator management and troubleshooting
- Strong assessment skills for trauma, cardiac, stroke, and sepsis patients
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team
