Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and manage front desk operations with warmth and efficiency
- Coordinate scheduling to ensure smooth clinic flow and timely appointments
- Assist with clinic rooming to help patients feel comfortable and prepared
- Support both front and back office functions as patient needs arise
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to an organized, patient-centered environment
Qualifications
- Active MA-C certification required
- Experience with front desk operations, scheduling, and clinic rooming preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt and support multiple roles within the clinic
Knowledge & Skills
- Front desk operations and patient scheduling
