Location: Roseburg, Oregon

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour AM/PM shifts with every other weekend requirement and 2 twelve-hour call shifts every 4 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to mothers throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
- Circulate and scrub in the OR for cesarean sections when needed
- Monitor and titrate critical drips including Pitocin, LR, Fentanyl, and Labetalol
- Respond swiftly to obstetrical emergencies such as hypertension and hemorrhage
- Collaborate with OB techs and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe deliveries
- Read and interpret fetal monitoring strips to support optimal outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license (Oregon license not required at time of submittal - 90-day emergency license available)
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Experience circulating and/or scrubbing in the OR for cesarean sections
- Comfortable titrating drips and managing high-acuity obstetric patients
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong fetal monitoring interpretation skills using GE Centricity EFM system
- Knowledge of AWHONN staffing guidelines and LDRP workflows
- Ability to manage vents and bubble CPAP equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork in a closed-unit environment
