Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to laboring patients and their families during one of life's most important moments
- Monitor and support mothers through antepartum, labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
- Titrate critical drips such as Pitocin and Magnesium with precision and care
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure safe, positive birth experiences
- Educate and empower new parents on breastfeeding and newborn care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 3 years of labor and delivery experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Valid driver's license for radius verification
Knowledge & Skills
- Labor and delivery expertise
- Postpartum and antepartum care knowledge
- Titration of drips including Pitocin, Magnesium, and Procardia
- Patient education and family support
- AWHONN staffing guideline awareness
