Location: Santa Maria, California

End Date: 09-02-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with every 3rd weekend rotation
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized occupational therapy services in patients' homes across your assigned region
- Help patients regain independence after strokes, joint replacements, and spinal injuries
- Complete OASIS documentation to ensure quality care and compliance
- Collaborate with PT, Speech Therapy, and rehab aides for comprehensive patient support
- Build meaningful relationships while providing care that truly matters
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapy license in California
- BLS certification required
- At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience with OASIS documentation required
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Cerner EMR experience a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills for ortho, stroke, and spinal injury patients
- Comfortable working independently in home settings
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexible and adaptable to patient needs
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
