Registered Nurse - LDRP
Location: Dickinson, North Dakota

End Date: 09-21-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, block scheduling with every third weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate one-on-one care to laboring mothers and their newborns
- Monitor and titrate critical medications like Magnesium and Oxytocin during labor
- Support mom-baby couplets with expert postpartum care and education
- Collaborate with the surgical team during C-sections to ensure safe deliveries
- Float to other units as a helping hand when needed, showcasing your versatility
- Maintain accurate documentation using the OB Trace Vue EFM system
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
- Comfortable working independently in a rural hospital setting
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Knowledge & Skills
- Labor and Delivery expertise including Magnesium and Oxytocin titration
- Postpartum couplet care and newborn assessment
- Neonatal respiratory support including CPAP, BiPAP, and high flow
- Electronic fetal monitoring with OB Trace Vue
- Teamwork and clear communication in a close-knit rural environment
