Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain independence through meaningful therapy activities
- Collaborate with the rehab team to create personalized care plans
- Support residents in achieving their therapy goals in a skilled nursing setting
- Document progress and communicate effectively with the care team
Qualifications
- Active COTA license in Ohio
- New grads welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in delivering occupational therapy interventions
- Comfortable working in a skilled nursing facility
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to individual needs
- Team player with a positive attitude
