Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living including mobility and personal hygiene
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
- Help create a warm, welcoming environment for everyone at the facility
- Support rehabilitation goals by encouraging resident participation
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- Current state or federal issued identification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
