Location: Bryan, Texas

End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate a wide variety of surgical cases across multiple specialties
Support cardiovascular procedures including CABGs, TCARS, and Carotids
Assist with complex neuro cases such as Craniotomies, TLIFs, and Laminectomies
Handle orthopedic trauma and total joint replacements using advanced robotic systems
Provide expert care during general, urology, and robotic-assisted surgeries
Precept and mentor new team members when the opportunity arises

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact license
Minimum 4-5 years of hospital operating room experience
Proven robotics experience with DaVinci and Mako systems
Strong background circulating CABGs and Craniotomies
BLS certification required; CNOR preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise circulating across CV, Neuro, Ortho, and General specialties
Comfortable with both Mako and DaVinci robotic platforms
Ability to float between Bryan and College Station campuses
Strong communication and precepting skills
Reliable attendance and commitment to the team
