Location: Tacoma, Washington

Start Date: 06-03-2026

End Date: 09-02-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, occasional weekends and holidays, limited call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures including stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI imaging
Start IVs and administer radiopharmaceuticals with precision and care
Collaborate with cardiologists and radiologists to deliver accurate diagnostic results
Operate advanced GE and Phillips imaging equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort
Document studies thoroughly in EPIC and PACS systems for seamless care coordination

Qualifications

ARRT-N or NMTCB certification required
Active Washington state license
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of nuclear medicine experience
Comfortable starting IVs and working independently

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of nuclear medicine protocols and radiation safety
Experience with stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures
Proficiency with EPIC EMR and McKesson/CVPACS systems
Skilled with GE and Phillips nuclear medicine equipment
Excellent patient communication and attention to detail
