Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Measure and record vital signs and report changes promptly to nursing staff
Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, comfortable environment
Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and the care team
Document care and observations accurately and timely in the patient record

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the state of California
Valid CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable working per diem shifts and adapting to varied schedules
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

Education

CNA certification (required)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and ADL assistance
Vital signs measurement and reporting
Safe patient transfer and body mechanics
Basic infection control and PPE use
Clear verbal and written communication
