Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional critical care to pediatric patients in the PICU
Monitor and assess young patients with compassion and precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Provide family-centered support during challenging times
Utilize advanced skills to stabilize and improve young lives

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio
PICU experience preferred
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Strong clinical skills in a fast-paced critical care setting

Education

BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in pediatric critical care nursing
Proficiency with PICU equipment and protocols
Excellent communication with patients, families, and teams
Ability to thrive in high-stress, dynamic environments
