Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM; 10-hour and 8-hour shifts with call requirements (1-2 weeknights and every third weekend on call)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take charge of conscious sedation for interventional radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Manage all aspects of patient care including charting, circulating, and pre/post procedure assessments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
• Assist in a variety of procedures from stroke thrombectomies to biopsies and drain insertions
• Provide autonomous nursing care while working closely with interventionalists and technologists

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of recent interventional radiology or critical care experience preferred
• Certification in BLS and ACLS (required)
• Experience with conscious/moderate sedation is a must
• Willingness to work on-call and rotating weekends
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and adapt quickly

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records
• Experience with Philips Xper hemodynamic monitoring and Siemens C-Arm imaging systems
• Strong understanding of sedation protocols and patient monitoring
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume interventional lab
