Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Assess patient needs, create and implement care plans, and document progress clearly
- Administer medications and treatments safely and in line with facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate excellent care
- Educate residents and families about care plans, condition changes, and discharge planning
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, escalating concerns appropriately
- Support a positive patient experience by promoting dignity, comfort, and respect
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license; Pennsylvania RN licensure preferred or required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred where applicable
- Comfortable with medication administration, charting, and clinical assessments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a resident-centered approach
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

- Care plan development and evaluation
- Strong interpersonal skills and resident-family communication
- Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary care team
