Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert care to laboring mothers and newborns in a supportive environment
Circulate for C-sections with confidence and precision, ensuring safety for every patient
Monitor fetal heart rates and respond swiftly to any changes using advanced technology
Collaborate with OB techs, charge nurses, and on-call specialists to deliver seamless care
Float between Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units, bringing your versatile skills to every shift
Follow patient-centered birth plans while managing high-risk deliveries with skill and empathy

Qualifications

Active California RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent L&D/PP experience
Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications
Proven ability to circulate for C-sections
Cerner EMR experience preferred
Travel nursing experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fetal monitoring interpretation with Fetal Link system
Comfortable managing patients 34 weeks and above, including high-risk deliveries
Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced OB setting
Flexible and adaptable when floating between L&D and Postpartum units
