Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult patients with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans that support each patient's unique goals
Provide outpatient therapy services with occasional support for acute inpatient needs
Collaborate with a dedicated pediatric PTA and supportive rehab team
Document patient progress and maintain excellent clinical standards
Utilize the warm water therapy pool to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT license required
BLS certification required
Some pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric physical therapy techniques and best practices
Outpatient therapy experience with diverse patient populations
Patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning
Comfort working with developmental delays, autism, and orthopedic conditions
Flexibility to adapt to both scheduled and occasional inpatient needs
