Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring and postpartum patients in a dynamic LDRP unit
• Independently attend low-risk deliveries and assist with C-sections
• Circulate in the OR for cesarean sections and assist with newborn transition
• Titrate critical drips including Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin
• Float seamlessly between labor, delivery, postpartum, and mother-baby care as needed
• Collaborate with a supportive team of OB hospitalists, NNPs, and anesthesia providers

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington State (or compact license)
• Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP experience (consideration for 1 year with multiple travel assignments)
• Proven ability to attend deliveries independently and circulate in C-sections
• Comfortable with fetal heart monitoring and high-risk OB conditions
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in LDRP (labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum) nursing
• Strong fetal heart monitoring interpretation skills
• Proficient in maternal-fetal medicine drips and emergency response
• Excellent communication and adaptability in a fast-paced unit
• Team player open to feedback and unit workflows
