Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM / 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM), every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor and titrate intravenous medications including cardiac drips, insulin, and sedation
Interpret telemetry strips and manage patients on ventilators
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Float to PCU or MedSurg as needed, maintaining appropriate patient ratios

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 1-2 years of recent ICU experience preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of cardiac drips, ventilator management, and telemetry monitoring
Proficiency in critical care assessment and emergency response
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
