Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per-diem, 4-hour shifts (exact start/end times and days vary and will be scheduled; orientation required).

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures with accuracy and care
Operate and maintain imaging equipment following safety protocols
Ensure patient comfort, proper positioning, and radiation safety during exams
Accurately document procedures and maintain clean, organized imaging records
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the clinical team
Participate in orientation and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
Current certification or registration appropriate for radiologic technologists (ARRT or state equivalent preferred)
State licensure for Missouri if required by regulation
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Strong patient care skills and the ability to work independently on per-diem shifts
Ability to pass background check and any required screenings

Education

Associate degree or completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of radiographic techniques and patient positioning
Familiarity with PACS and basic imaging documentation
Understanding of radiation safety and ALARA principles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow protocols and adapt to variable shift schedules
