Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients to restore function and reduce pain
Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and quality of life
Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Previous experience in an outpatient or clinical setting preferred but new grads welcome
Excellent communication and patient-education skills

Education

Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
Expertise in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
