Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver skilled OT interventions for outpatient clients to improve daily living and functional independence
• Document progress clearly and timely in patient records, supporting continuity of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care plans
• Educate patients and families on home programs, adaptive strategies, and safety
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment by mentoring peers and sharing best practices

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts (or eligible to obtain MA licensure)
• OTR / relevant credential preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Professional, compassionate communicator comfortable with outpatient populations
• Prior outpatient experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply

Education

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MOT, MSOT, or OTD)

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in ADL/IADL assessments and interventions
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
• Ability to write clear, concise documentation and treatment goals
• Comfortable working with adult outpatient orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Team-oriented mindset and good time-management skills
