Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Morning)
Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet patients and create a welcoming, compassionate atmosphere
- Collect vitals and document patient information accurately
- Assist clinicians with exams and basic clinical procedures
- Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies are stocked
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record
- Communicate clearly with patients and families about next steps
- Support clinic flow so appointments run on time and patients feel cared for
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certificate or equivalent training preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain
- Previous clinical experience preferred but new grads encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and patient service skills
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Medical Assistant certificate or diploma preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Taking vitals and basic clinical assessments
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- Strong interpersonal and patient-facing skills
- Basic infection control and clinical safety practices
- Organizational skills to manage rooming and supply needs
