Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients as an LPN — every action matters
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document patient status, vitals, and responses to treatment in the medical record
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care to ensure continuity
Participate in orientation and ongoing education to maintain high standards of practice

Qualifications

Current LPN license in New Hampshire (or active eligibility to obtain one) — mandatory
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or as required by facility
Comfortable with medication administration, wound care basics, and patient monitoring
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Clean background and ability to complete facility onboarding and orientation

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and team members
Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
Safe medication administration and documentation practices
Time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic clinical setting
