Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients in line with facility policies
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Assess patient status and promptly report changes to the care team
- Document patient care, assessments, and interventions clearly in the medical record
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
- Support patient and family education to promote recovery and understanding
- Follow infection control, safety, and compliance procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Georgia (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Hands-on nursing experience preferred; ready-to-learn new team members are encouraged to apply
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid fundamentals in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
- Patient assessment and monitoring skills
- Comfortable with electronic charting and accurate documentation
- Good time management, prioritization, and teamwork abilities
- Respectful, clear communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
